Features of TEAMS
Some of the unique features of the T·E·A·M·S

provides a comprehensive survey containing 64 standard question items and
an optional addendum with 8 additional questions that are added to the standard
leader category items. The categories of Work Management, Group Processes,
Relationships and Leadership are covered. One form is required per team member,
including the leader.

Software generates a series of reports
that identify the strengths and areas for improvement of the specific team
assessed. Reports are formatted to facilitate the team's discussion process.
The software allows a choice of a full range of reports for all survey items
and for items sorted by category. Graphic reports show degree of congruence
of team member responses on each item. Options for use in leader development
