Exectuive Evolution offers a variety of tested and proven assessment tools including individual profiles and 360 Feedback systems. Individual Profiles

Executive Evolution offers two individual profile systems:

The TTI Ltd. family of assessments, the flagship of which is the DISC Profile. The TTI family of assessments in called Managing for Success (MFS). These software-based tools are used to improve both individual and organizational effectiveness. They address understanding how best to communicate, motivate and manage, as well as, showing areas for improvement.

The Harrison Assessments System which is used extensively in executive and team development as well as employee selection, retention and development. It is also very powerful in identifying what are a person's key points as a valuable resource to a company. People are often unaware of all their strengths or the numerous ways in which they can add value for a company. This comprehensive profiling system uses a unique combination of Paradox Theory and Performance-Enjoyment Theory. HA allows you to look at the balance between traits, as well as understand clearly what is the most effective approach to modify counter-productive tendencies and leverage the productive ones.

Leadership 360 Feedback

The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is a premier 360-degree leadership assessment instrument created by The Leadership Challenge authors, James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner.

The Leadership Practices Inventory has helped develop the leadership skills of nearly one million people worldwide. It is now available online. It is based on a model of five practices of exemplary leadership. This model has been tested and validated by over 100 independent researchers.

Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner set out to discover what it took to become inspirational leaders. They wanted to know the common practices of ordinary men and women when they were at their leadership best—when they were able to take people to places they'd never been before. Their analysis of thousands of cases and surveys revealed The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership.

The Leadership Practices Inventory is a superb method for obtaining feedback as a foundation for leadership development for current leaders or managers or anyone whose leadership abilities you wish to develop. The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) has been used to assess the leadership behavior of nearly one million leaders worldwide. Management/Competencies 360 Feedback

The Management/Competencies 360 Feedback process is based on the proven tools of OPD, Inc., a leading supplier of well-researched assessments. Three choices are available in this line: The Executive View/360, The Manager View/360 and the Performance View/360. All of these provide an opportunity for comparing one's perception with those of one's manager, direct reports (not in Performance View), peers and other team members.

Executive View/360 provides an objective summary of executive strengths and areas of development along twenty-three critical competencies required for competitive performance. Executive View/360 was designed for senior level managers and executives in all industries. Executive View/360 is suitable for executive coaching, executive development programs, and succession planning.

Manager View/360 provides an objective summary of your employee's strengths and areas of development along twenty competencies required for competitive performance.Manager View/360 is suitable for executive and management coaching, supervisory training, management/leadership development, training needs assessment, career development, and training evaluation.

Performance View/360 provides an objective summary of your employee's strengths and areas of development along fourteen critical competencies required for competitive performance.
