Quality information such as you would have from actual experience with the process or the person certainly helps. Supporting you in making the best decision for you, whether the focus is an individual, group or the company, is my top priority. What matters first is not what I have, but what you need and what will add real value for you. So, how do we figure that out? There is a simple and universal solution to all three of these situations. Schedule a free initial 30 minute session. This is a no obligation mutual exploration session. During that time you can experience coaching if you haven't before and see how our styles fit. We will explore what you want from a coach. We'll talk about what level of work and support best fits your needs and resources. At the end of this session we'll know if it makes sense for you to move forward at this time and with me. If so, we'll schedule the next step and work out all the details. If not, then hopefully the experience will have been of value in determining what you want to do and what kind of coach you prefer.

Strategic Thinking and Planning
There are many variables to consider in this area. Is the objective creating or modifying a plan? Is it learning or enhancing strategic thinking skills? Or is it both? What are the critical benefits you want or need from engaging in a structured strategic process? How much time and energy do you have to devote to it and how much are you willing to do? Who should be involved? What should be considered during the process? How long will it take, both work time and elapsed time? What is a reasonable investment of effort to obtain the desired return on your investment? When is the best time to do it? I offer two ways to explore these and many other pertinent questions.
The first step in our mutual exploration can be a free thirty to sixty minute consult by phone or in person. Based on this, if exploring further makes sense, I offer a half-day group consult for a nominal fee, with the decision-maker for this situation (in strategic planning, usually the CEO/President or major department or division head) and his or her direct reports plus others as appropriate. This can be in person or virtual as a group phone conference with other virtual supports. At this time we answer all the key questions about engaging in this endeavor for your organization. At the end of that session you will know exactly what you must get out of such a process to make it worth your while and what you will do with it once you have it, as well as what itís like for us to work together and whether or not we are a good fit with respect to style and process approach. You will have explored constraints and obstacles to addressing this area and considered what kinds of solutions to addressing those will suit you best. You will also explore whether virtual or in person approaches or a combination will fit your needs best. If interested in pursuing working together further, you will also know at this point approximately what level of effort, time, and money would be required and what would be the specific approach in working with me. If we determine that timing or fit is not right, then you have a blueprint of what you want and are willing to invest, and what you donít want, ready to go in talking with other service providers or in determining when timing would be right.

For some situations where individual development is the interest, then the free Coaching session is appropriate. Where group leadership development is the interest, then the phone consult followed, if appropriate, by the group consult such as with strategic thinking is appropriate. The same parameters apply with the result that at the end of the group consult, you have a tangible product that allows you to plan how to proceed within this area.
Team Assessment and Development
Options for exploring this arena are the same as those above under Strategic Thinking and Planning (paragraph two) except that the focus is on team development. In addition to these options, I offer a free TEAMS assessment for one team in an organization that includes a summary report of the findings of the TEAMS assessment presented in person or virtually to the team with copies of the report for each team member. In the case of an organization interested in a development program and process for multiple teams, arrangements can be made for additional TEAMS reports..
Employee Selection and Retention

Individual Profiles and 360 Feedback Systems
A free phone and/or in person consult with the decision-maker on the needs and issues related to profile or 360 usage is available. The free consult includes, if desired, an exploration of issues involved in using these tools in organizations and the common pitfalls to avoid as well as ways to leverage the use of these tools for maximum benefit to the organization and the people using them. Sample reports will be shared and debriefed so you can determine what profile meets your needs.
